Sloow load times, Faction imbalances

I have been playing this game for a little while. The load time is sloow. We dont want a pretty splash screen, just make it faster. Please.
I find submitting problems/questions on forum useless. The developers seem very touchy if you mention a problem(or you just get no response at all.) I like most of the troops/vehicles just would like to see better performance(for both sides) Also if you get a notification your game reloads-annoying.
Backend server improvement, new developers?, creativity, and better customer interaction will improve this game greatly. If you think of your App as providing the roof over your head maybe that might help.
And again PLEASE fix the problem with your App and your Ap Notifications not appearing or appearing briefly and disappearing(been a problem for months)
